Me and my collegue went to Steers in Waterfall Mall to get lunch. When we got there, there was nobody to sanitize at the entrance. When we got to the till, the staff told us to fall in line next door at the pizza ordering till. When asked why they don't take orders, they simply said they are cashing up. This was 16h00 in the afternoon and people were in a Q to order food. Next door in the Q there was only 1 till staff member who took all the orders... only one!! The ladies at Steers made sure to ignore us when we asked why things are going like this, and how can they cash up at 16h00 with all the people wanting to order.

This was the worst experience from Steers in my area by far. We turned around and left. We went to another restaurant instead.

Just bought the king combo and the fanta that was put in to my bag was already open and drank from. I tried calling them but the number does not exist. Im sure it was a mistake but it doesn’t look good!

It's always a joy buying food at Steers. The service is always top quality and stuff members very friendly. As I always says, theirs no Burger like a Steers burger

My mom and I ordered at meal from them, on return to collect we had misplaced the receipt. The same man from whom we ordered tended to us with absolute arrogance. Pointing my mother. After being rude to us he tells me I dont need to be rude, not cinsidering him attitude. It was as if he watned us to leave without our order. Eventuallt after making a big issue about a slip he helped us. He and his colleagues openly made comments about us. Terrible service, i will never return!!!

Never again. Burgers were made with their hands. No utensils or gloves were used. According to the manager that is procedure. She wiped her hands with a filthy cloth in a basin with filthy water.

Poor service, I ordered 4 wacky Wednesday and they only gave me 3 plus the burgers are dry with no sauces. Never going back there again ????????????????

Giving them 2 stars because the service is normally pretty bad . You have to tell them the order 20 times .

The wait is normally not good either as the place is always swamped with people who can never seem to make a proper queue .

Steers is also over priced compared to the other fast food options that are available .
