Worst Wimpy we have ever had the misfortune to visit.
Slow service from lethargic waitress. 20 min wait for milkshake.
30 min wait for sub par breakfast. Cold, hard eggs, dry pattie.
Wimpy has a certain quality that we have grown to know and love. This store should be ashamed.

My service at this wimpy is fantastic everytime I'm here the waiters are friendly the food is great its clean and I don't wait long for the food or drinks. I would definitely recommend this to anyone who want a nice sit down meal

Guess Wimpy is not in the business of adapting and making way for changes. Went in there looking to purchase 18 gift cards worth R100 for gifting and not even 1 Wimpy in Rustenburg could assist me. Each to their own I guess.

Poorest service. We visited this Wimpy on Good Friday 2022 at 3.50pm. We took our seat. There were no other customers. 3 waiters, busy on their cellphones, sitting in the clients seats, were only staring at us. No one stood up to provide service. Poorest service ever experience at Wimpy Waterfall Mall. R. Briel

Ordered breakfast. My son found 2 hairs in his food. Pattie was like cardboard and my daughter also found a hair. They tried to brush it off that it was not a hair and then still expected us to pay for the food. Also the bowl that the chips came in was dirty at the bottom. Were hungry when we went in and came out nauseated

Took the family out for lunch after a great day of activities. I did not enjoy the burger or taste of it at all. The kids didn't enjoy it either so I allowed them to remove some of the ingredients on their burger just so they can finish it. The service wasn't that great either

Been the several times, they take forever to prepare food and after a long wait you get served the wrong order. I've stopped going there.
