I'm currently admitted in petunia ward. I'm not happy with the service, the nurses talks badly about the patients and they are not welcoming. I can't even wait to be discharged. This hospital shouldn't be regarded as a private hospital.

I got an accident and the paramedics took me into this hospital, to tell the truth I was treated like an angel . The doctors and nurses takes a very good care of patients . They took care of my baby when I was going X-rays , they love that they gives to patient is???????? I love that hospital, wish they had branches all over the world. We need Hospitals like this here in south Africa

Staff is very friendly!! Had to get emergency stitches on Christmas eve, even though the nurses and doctors couldn’t be with their families, they were sooo kind and helpful!! I wish I had all their names and numbers so I could personally thank each of them! Great job guys you REALLY love what you do!! You are awesome!!

I'm very disappointed. Will not recommend this hospital. They stole my father's and grandfather phone. Both were in High Care ICU with covid and pneumonia. It's not just about the phones but they stole from sick people. Isn't that the one place we should feel save? I've lost the phones and both father and grandfather.

Seriously as from the moment I walked into the Clinic I personally felt like I was the king around. All staff is very friendly and helpful. The clinic is permanently cleaned, nurses and other staff members are great! Food is more than enough and also very tasteful. Personally I recommend Medicare Rustenburg to any other medical health practitioner. Keep it up guys you all are doing a awesome job!!!!!!!! Thank you all!!!!!

I have to thank specially all nursing staff in the Petunia ward, you guys are highly trained and very helpful. Not to forget Rita's canteen and staff. God bless you all!!!!

My Mom was admitted yesterday. We so far received good, friendly and superb service from the entry to the Dr. Keep it up Thando, Kabelo and the rest of staff that I did not get their names????

I went into Medi Care hospital a few days ago to confirm the date of my operation. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly...until a co worker walked through the reception. They started chatting to each other in VERY LOUD voices..right next to where I was standing at the desk filling in the necessary documents. They were shouting so loud that I could not hear what my partner who was standing next to me was trying to tell me..when I asked them to please stop shouting..it was very disturbing..
They did not have the courtesy to apologise..all we got was a dirty look from the woman who walked through. I found it very unprofessional, especially in an establishment where silence is respected. I certainly hope this was an isolated case and not the general attitude toward patients.
