I am a private patient that used the Hospital facilities in April, I paid cash upfront for their services. I was eventually provided a statement which showed there was a credit of R7000. I have provided my bank details and 2 months later I am still waiting for my refund. I have written 4 emails to Sharon in the finance department, to date I have not yet received a reply. This is the kind of service you can expect as a customer at this private hospital. This is terrible customer service u0026 I would recommend those who are private clients to rather Opt for your treatments in Johannesburg or Pretoria where you are going to get better customer care.
