Okay so I've been here multiple times before and everytime it's been the same 5 star experience excellent customer service amazing food overall an awesome time I'd recommend this Hotel as your go to if you are in the area

Staff was exceptionally friendly and professional. The only nit pick I can make is that, room cleaniness can improve; upon arrival we had to request a different room as designated room wasn't cleaned. Reception had to send for cleaning. TVs in rooms need upgrades.

Few items across the portfolio of the industrious Royal Bafokeng nation u0026 leading family, embody black excellence and exudes opulence in the same category as this property. The service agents on site top the venue's intentional design ' themed layouts, with that localised authenticity. Great option for business centric meetings, or even a family get away.

I had booked a night stay, arrived there at 13:15 of which check in is 14h00 and said please could I just grab the key as I had a wedding 30 mins away at Shepards tree lodge of which they wouldn't allow so I asked if they would let me check in at when the wedding is done at 1am and they said that they would definitely be able to let me check in. I arrived there just after 1am and they had given my room out to someone else so I had to drive back to Johannesburg at 1am in the morning. 1st and last time!

Horrible breakfast, stale croissants. Sausage was raw. Worse part is when the power went off. Very disappointed. Only had dinner once, was also not good

We had a meeting at the hotel on the 25th February, the place is welcoming and clean. The receptionist very friendly. Breakfast was super, the problem that was is the lunch. We where told to order food to the value of R350, we all ordered on the menu, but without discussing with us the food was .are to takeaways, all that we ordered was not to scratch. I ordered Marang burger, the steak used for petties was very hard and tasteless the chips where just a spoonful and the wings that where in platter for one where very small and tasteless. There where no salads which where presented on the menu. My group was not happy at all based on the price we paid for the meal. We asked to see the chef on duty or his supervisor but we left without being attended. I don't think I will ever recommend it to my company for future meetings or stay over.

Good day
Am always happy to stay at Royal Marang honestly the service is good. Receptionist are always friendly and helpful. My only recent problem is the Spa part of it. I like visiting their Spa always. Their work is not good as their prices. My suggestion try and get more experienced people for ur nail do. It is my third time now am not happy with the work done! ????
