So the hotel itself is 5 star. Lets rate the staff 1 star including the guest relations officer. Anyone reading this please look at the ratings and under bathroom ratings and you will see 70% have complained. Will the guest relations officer look you in the eye with sincere apologies and promise to call you and definitely take action, he even gives you his contact number. Well try to call him or send him a email. He will never answer. Clever man got you out of the hotel. Lets get back to the dirty bathroom and this continues to the bedroom and balcony. I have to wonder if any disinfectant or cleaning chemicals are used,because it doesn't look and smell clean. We pay for upmarket accommodation but don't receive it.I will visit sun city again but rather spend R30000-00 on accommodation at a private lodge outside. I now await a reply from the owner at the bottom of my review...…. dear so and so we are sorry to hear .................. (and that's it they answered google reviews and case closed)Do they really care. I don't think so.Customers pay upfront and left unsatisfied.
