The most beautiful view. Spacious 3 bed flat and we loved the patio overlooking the sea. Don't think it is suitable for elderly people. Few steep steps

Lovely staff and well-maintained rooms at an affordable price. There's wifi included, and the option for breakfast in the mornings. 99 on Alma is located near a shopping center, so getting extra items in a hurry isn't much of a problem. Would reccomend.

99 on Alma is a brilliant place with fantastic hosts, close to the Sandton Mall and key business entities.

Quite nice and tranquil place for both business class and visitors to Sandton. Its well managed and maintain you could feel good atmosphere while the staff gives you a warm welcome.

I was disappointed with my last stay. Unpleasant atmosphere and things that happened????(noises at 2 in the morning) , although the owner is very nice and friendly.

The rooms are spacious. The owner is very attentive. The place is well located with easy aces to Santon city , Sunninghill hospital and Morningside clinic.

its in a nice n quiet neighborhood, the rooms are huge, with a bit of entertainment (dstv), awesome wifi n sweet care takers????
