Great andiccio's; go their often. Good pizza. Never had too many issues. Staff are friendly but not always the most helpful.

Quite disappointed on what I just experienced. I was parking in my car at the BP garage in Bryanston, got out and went into the shop to get a beverage. While standing in line to pay, a person cut right in front of me to pay for his dish washing liquid wearing a Andiccio shirt. I will NEVER support this restaurant again after how this staff member disrespected me

I complained last year about the service delivery at this branch, but deleted my review after accountability was taken and there were steps to resolve the issue.

I gave the branch another try today. The order of only one pizza took an hour to be delivered. When the delivery guy arrived at 18:30, he said he didn’t have a card machine, so he left the pizza and said he would come back.

By 20:00 I gave up waiting and went to bed. I get a phone call from security at 20:20 (almost 2 hours later) saying that the delivery guy is back for payment. I had to get out of bed, let him in and pay. Really inconvenient.

The last time I waited almost an hour in store and had to ask for a refund because they hadn’t even started with my order after an hour. Now I’m waiting for hours just to pay for delivery.

Delicious pizza, fast service, friendly and helpful staff. I’ve been to this store before, will come back every time!

Worst pizza we’ve ever had. It was sooo oily and it looked like the just threw that basil pesto on it in the most unloving and untidy way.

Pizza is okay I like that it's open 24hrs a day, the language barrier when doing a telephone order is terrible though
