I usually get bored after a couple of weeks of following a fitness program but F45 got me hooked! Versatile and fun, you guaranteed to have a good mix of strength and stamina, with some awesome music and trainers pushing you. Sessions are only 45 minutes long so no excuses of ‘not having the time’. Much prefer this to the traditional gym approach and would highly recommend it to anyone wanting to change their routine.
