Wonderful stay! Pat and Annabel have created a secluded home away from home, somehow set in the heart of Sandton. In addition to the bed and the breakfast (both well done and extremely good value) I really enjoyed walking around the garden, the conference venue and the library. Such a treat! A local gem for the business traveller looking to switch off after a hard day's grind or the small family on holiday in the City of Gold.

The owners Annabel and Patrick were such amazing hosts through out our stay. We stayed at their suite surrounded by such beautiful nature. We could hear the birds chipping in the morning, the morning breeze, the beautiful garden. They have really strong wifi too. The room was neat and clean with beautiful linen on the bed. The staff is amazing and they always have a smile on their faces. The place overall is very safe and very pleasant to stay in. It was really home away from home for me and my wife. Definitely coming back soon????.

I had an enjoyable stay. My room was spacious with a veranda that lead onto a tranquil garden.
The room and bathroom were clean and well kept. Staff helpful, friendly. I would have given 5 stars but sorry to say Pat but your breakfast coffee was terrible! For over R1000 per night surely you can afford another R20 per bag.

Annabel is an amazing host. The venue is a perfect slice of heaven. Amazing staff and a homely warm home away from home in the shadows of Sandton. ????????????????????????

Another place with super friendly hostrs and welcoming garden.
Peaceful and comfortable for hosting and staying in.
The Garden and Pool as you can see, they haven't been cleaned since I been here on the 14th of April till today.

Me and my wife stayed at Annabels for more than a month at a stretch in 2016 and never felt that we are staying in a hotel. It was a home away from home. Annabel, Pat and their staff is amazing and very welcoming. The place itself is amazing with lush green garden, fountains and ample parking. The kitchen is well equipped and well stocked all the times.
Will recommend anyone for short and long stay and would love to go back there again.
