Very good and [hot] food. Some dishes take longer than others, I believe the Lamb Biriany was the case.
Restaurant was crowded [a bit noisy (82dB)] became quieter at mid-end.
The dinning room was Coltishall [main door was open], by the end of our dinner they brought a heater [too late, it should have been there from the start].
We enjoyed very much the food and the staff was friendly and efficient.

We hadn't made a reservation as we didnt think it necessary for a Thursday evening dinner, but they were jam-packed (and with good reason). Even so, they were willing to assist and find us a table, and the service was so friendly! Not to mention the incredible food, which had my boyfriend and I both practically licking our plates! Was a lovely experience, will definitely be back.

Great restaurant. Cozy atmosphere. Food was insanely good (just make sure to order the hot option if you like spicy food. Great portion sizes and the prawns I ordered were fresh. So authentic!

This has to be one of the best North Indian curry restaurants in the country. We are frequent guests. Exceptional food, great service, reasonably priced. Dine inn or take out. Attention to detail. This place is a must!

I ordered a selection of dishes as takeaways for a special dinner; all vegetarian for the first time. I was delighted with the high standard, exquisite flavour profile and quality of the meal. Such a pleasure to be able to trust that you will never be disappointed. I highly recommend Ghazal's!

A great restaurant for authentic Indian food. The choice of dishes is vast. Each dish cooked to perfection. Service is quick and efficient. Food is perfectly spiced. And you can choose the level of heat - mild, medium or hot.
We enjoyed the palak paneer and the prawn khorma the most.

Best North Indian restaurant in Johannesburg. Ideal for Corporate lunches with clients/team members, or family and friends. Sevice is excellent. Bathrooms are immaculate and there’s ample parking with security present. An altogether great experience.
