We visited to purchase a fish tank and were disappointed in the lack of options available. I’d even phoned ahead to ask about tanks and was told they’d received new stock - the shelves in all sections are sadly half empty and in short supply of stock in all departments.

The gentleman who assisted us was very helpful and friendly.

The pet store is clean u0026 well stocked with pet supplies. Everytime I have been in store, their animals are well looked after, clean containers, food u0026 water clean u0026 available. They have really good trading hours, even on public holidays I have found them open. Situated conveniently by the garden shop, so you can get your pet u0026 garden goodies all in one convenient shopping space.
There is ample parking, which is securely guarded. So you can shop with peace of mind. Plus the fact they have been running in the same place for many years, indicates they have a passion not just for pet care, but to run a good business successfully all this time. With it being winter now, it is a good idea to get your pets new cozy bedding. Yes your furbaby would love you even more for it. I find their goods are really brilliantly well priced u0026 I have shopped around u0026 compared u0026 they come out tops here with getting more bang for your buck as they say. Plus the owner, management u0026 staff welcome engagement, whenever I have had questions, or solved any query timeously. I am truly genuinely impressed by this store.

Great pet shop - huge diverse range of products for all walks of life. Also got all sorts of species available - one of the only place I know of. Always great experience!

Great variety. Stock all the right food and equipment. The staff reallly know what they are talking about. I always find something nice for my exotic pets (snake, chameleon, spider)

I'm definitely not stepping foot in this pet store again, after seeing a AFRICAN GREY parrot in a small FISH TANK enclosure well there is a massive beautiful bird cage for sale right next to him EMPTY!!!

Not to mention the rude service I got at the till for no reason. PLEASE DO NOT SUPPORT THIS PET STORE!
