Top class maternity ward with clean and hotel like facilities. The nurses takes good care of their patients and shows true compassion and care towards the babies. They make you an expert in new parenthood as they are extremely helpful.

A truly great hospital with highly professional and experienced doctors.

Thank you for making this special moment memorable!

World class medical facility. All Doctors, all Nurses and all staff members every single day are doing their best to provide a world class experience and service to everyone who walks into this facility. All wards especially the Maternity Ward, Labour Ward u0026 Neonatal ICU Ward are full of hard working, committed men and women who are just brilliant at what they do.

Beautiful hospital, friendly staff. But UNACCEPTABLE that the bathrooms that are clearly marked as wheelchair accessible indeed are NOT! Cannot get my 7 year old in, then the other bathroom battled to get in and then wasn't able to close the door. This needs to be addressed immediately

I took my mum to the ER this morning because she’s been experiencing head/neck and ear pain for 3 days. The ER was efficient and everyone was friendly. The nurse, whose name I have forgotten (Male, light-skinned), did my mum’s initial consultation and he was so friendly and lovely! Dr Shu-Po Jimmy Hsu attended to my mum with amazing bedside manner and a very thorough examination. We had to wait at the coffee shop for some test results after the examination and Cyrion served us. He was lovely u0026 very friendly with great customer service. I had a really good experience at this hospital today and I hope the treatment prescribed to my mum will work! Thank you to all who helped us today! :)

My 83 year old mother went in to emergency and then surgery for a fractured hip. Doctors and physios were great, nursing okay-ish and care worker performance was shocking. Arrived to find my mother half fed breakfast with nobody in sight and her hand swollen from being restrained.
Careworkers either having a long cellphone conversation on the toilet, "buying bread" or "having tea" and when they were around, constantly badgering me to give them a job. Like I would. Other lady in the ward with dementia was left alone for long periods - I had to pull up her blanket and give her water myself. I hate to think how my mom would have been treated if I hadn't been there for two hours every day.

I had a horrible experience when my daughter was admitted recently. The ER staff and the doctor are excellent but when admitted into paediatrics, we waited in the ward for more than an hour before the nurse came to actually admit and do an evaluation. It was already in the afternoon and nobody came to do a food survey. At supper time, I asked if my child would receive food or not so that I could make alternate plans and she received a cold toasted cheese sandwich. The meds that the doctor ordered were not given until I asked for them. They claim to have been short staffed and apologized. At 10pm that night as my daughter was trying to fall asleep they asked me to change rooms so that they could create a room for gastro cases. It took a half hour to clear the ruckus before I was sent to another room that also only had one person in it. Why then was I made to move? They claimed then that they did not have a sleeper for me and asked if I could lie with my toddler in a small bed where she could so easily get hurt with both of us being on it. The next morning breakfast was served to the other kid in the room and not to mine. When I enquired, they said that they haven't finished serving and now sent someone with a menu. We were discharged about an hour and half after breakfast was served to others and still didn't receive any. Fortunately we bought my child some food. Test results of tests that were done have not been received to date. The doctors are great but being in the ward itself was a horrible experience. I would definitely not recommend this place. This ward is in shambles.

The RICU is run with precision, Ninny thank you hoh have such a big warm heart. Promise the 24th could have been my lastday on this earth but you worked hard to get me breathing......my Angel. Ladies you do your work as a calling and not just a job. Mothepo very soft spoken and so mature you answered my questions. To the physiotherapists yes I pushed and you encouraged and supported.
