A good spot usually best to go watch sport games. They host karaoke every last Friday of the month which is always great fun, they also offer drink specials and bubbly(Shisha) during the event.

Brazen Head Sunday buffet lunches are usually exceptional value for money. Today, they definitely did not deliver to their usual standards.

Certain items were not readily available. Roast potatoes had run out and we had to wait almost 45min for the replacement batch to be brought. Normally, replacements are brought before the previous batch has run out so I can only imagine that communication between the kitchen and the serving area was not to its usual levels.

Unfortunately, other items never got replenished (in this case the squid heads). We waited around 1hr before giving up on those.

There was no crackling (a serious disappointment as Brazen Head crackling is a regular highlight)

The dessert table usually has 2 or 3 options. Unfortunately today there was only one option. It looked quite unappealing so we ordered dessert on the regular menu at an added cost.

The food that was available, was delicious. Tasty and fresh! As always...

Basically, this review isn't meant as a hatchet job. We will be going back and we really do appreciate the service and value for money that we receive at Brazen Head.
Hopefully, this will just be a gentle nudge towards their top standards. I trust this was just a "bad day at the office".

As an Arsenal FC fan my wife and I frequent this restaurant when there's a big game on (as it's the official supporters club) where it's packed, loud, food isn't that great and drinks take forever to come - but that's to be expected and the whole experience makes up for it.

We recently sat down for dinner on a dead quiet Thursday night expecting a completely different experience. Yes and no. While the service was sharp the food took forever to arrive. Whilst the meals were average (the only great dish was the beef u0026 Guinness pie) they are definitely not worth the money (especially when compared to other popular Irish pub franchise).

An average experience for quite a bit of money. I don't see myself returning anytime soon.

Dropped by for a Draught in a lazy Sunday, then remembered they make a really good Eisbein. We'll get to that, but, let's start with the service - really very good with attentive and polite staff that are on the ball, there was no slackening from the staff, nice to see. Then, Ice cold beer, one can't ask for more. Come the Eisbein, just major crispy like I asked for with a huge serving is Mash, delicious saurkraut and some really delicious sauces. Just like I remember, not disappointed with that Eisbein, Glorious. Overall, there's great sport on the televisions, nice chilled atmosphere and a peasant visit. Thus has always been a great place to go to, and this visit was not different.
