Fortunately I went at a time the store was quiet so could place the order quickly.

I found the cashier to be a little slow and took a while to get my order (for 3 ) placed.

The floor was extremely sticky and they didn't even bother cleaning it properly????

Got to a table and waited a fair enough time until the food came.

It was prepared well and came with extra sauce how we like it.????

The frozen fruit drink was not how we wanted it so that's a ????

When the food is delicious the experience is so we left very satisfied.

They also have a promotion currently to win R1000 for feedback. The Nando's at Leaping Frog in Fourways is quite disappointing. The service is slow and unfriendly. At busy times there is a scramble for takeaways between drive through customers, delivery and pickup services and dine in customers. The staff don't get orders right despite various repetition. That slow down orders. So Nando's should be called slow foods. The restaurant has ample space and is dirty with tables that don't get clean. Add to the overpriced food which offer no value for money, then you get Nando's to be the most overrated chicken stop. The food, dirt and slow service is not worth the nice sauce. Oh should I not forget: stale lukewarm chips. Hot pots have a hot price however Nandos should run a competition; if you can find any chicken in there, you can win a car. No not talking about the Vegan options.

Guys no way! Your drive through service is so slow!!! The slowest drive through service we’ve ever experienced. Also, you’re sharing space with a tile company and the noise pollution in the drive through is so bad - they’re cutting tiles next door to the cars. Long wait plus the noise?! No way Nando’s. Do better please!

Usually, the food is fine but I had 2 bad recent experiences. 1 was my wings came cold from a drive through and another was a piece of my chicken breast was torn off. I could tell it had been picked off because that chicken meet was re grilled.

Absolutely no quality control whatsoever!!!!! ...... Placed an order via the Nandos app. Arrived 45mins later. However more wrong with the order than right.
Missing peri chips / vegetarian boujee bowl despite ordering chicken and the side of vegetables was tiny and very unappetizing! Didn't even end up eating it. Most definitely will not be ordering from your store again. Not worth the money paid. Very disappointing from a well loved brand. No response despite logging 2 assistance requests and no suggested refund or compensation for inconvenience caused

Really disappointed by the food I got last night via uber eats.
Ordered the pita meal and pull chicken burger butger no problem.
Pita was so dry ,with 2 pieces of chicken and hardly any sauce and the cucumber and tomato salsa was laying all at the bottom because thats how little it was.
I literally had to put my own sauce and veggies in at home.
Managers at leaping frog please sort out your meals and double check .

The drive through wasn't working so we had go inside but either than that, the wrap I ordered was good. The were a bit heavy handed with peri spice on the chips though
