The staff are not paying attention as they should on especially busy days such as Fridays or Saturdays and are preoccupied with cracking jokes. I was missing chips I had ordered and saw when I got home. I should not have to check my order as it is their job. This is not the first time it had happened and I see that this is a trend. Also tell them to stop giving false resolutions to issues like this when someone calls them directly to complain. I doubt you guys will actually deliver something like missing fries on your own dime. Unacceptable. I will send an email to complain as well.

It's their responsibility to make sure that they take the correct order but I must say that the staff is very playful, they show very little professionalism and seriousness. My meal is missing the fries and I only saw that when I got home since it was a takeaway. On top of that the store was out of Lettuce for the burgers. New staff and management is really required this circus can't go on

Was not happy with the service of the lady that was packing my order she was super slow and busy chasing to her colleague while busy with my order, I was so annoyed when I asked her to focus on my order she gave me an attitude. The cashier guy was amazing, very professional and very friendly I give him 5 ???? stars

Terrible terrible customer service. The staff is more concerned with playing, singing and having their own conversations. Extremely unprofessional

We gave a plain and simple order, which had an instruction that one of the meals must not have cheese inside the burger (since my friend is lactose intolerant). It took them about 4 tries and around 50 minutes to get that right, I was contemplating going by thr kitchen and doing it myself at this point.
