It just feels a bit cluttered with minimal space between the isles. Seems like they are maximising floor stock volumes by sacrificing space for customers to actually move in. Very claustrophobic.

Decent range of toys for all ages, but their prices are over the top. Everything is available at the online retailers for lower costs.

Their gaming section also seems to serve no purpose with staff always absent and prices way above everyone else.

And the worst thing about the store.... the extremely low quality of staff. Not knowledgeable, not friendly, and not worth the effort.

Typical of a Toys "R" Us the store felt disorganised and messy in layout. The staff was unsure how to help me find a mainstream product and one just vaguely points in a direction when asked for assist and walked away.

The prices are reasonable thought and selection, of you can find it in the clutter, not too bad.

I just want to thank Asize for her assistance today, I called from Cape Town seeking a toy that is sold out online and here in CPT ,but she managed to find the last one on the shelf and kept it for my daughters grandmother to collect.5 Star service and you saved Christmas for us :)

You ask your costumer to check that they have the write price with the toy ? But if there is know price for 70% of the product it make the shopping a waist of time and no stuff in site to help because everyone has the same problem . Lost business to Hamleys
