How food took too long. Worst of all I ordered the BBQ wings u0026 that's the worst mistake I ever made because they tasted stale and the was more water than the BBQ sauce in them. Debonairs alex mall doesn't even deserve a single star

Very bad customer service, tables are dirty, u wait 5 minutes before ordering and the cashiers are very rude.

I did order the pizza and told the cashier that I'm coming to collect around 2030 I went there around 2040 the shop was closed when I go there today they are refusing to giving me the pizza they are giving me yesterday pizza which is hard.poor customer service

Gosh, have never been so frustrated in my life. As previous reviewer stated, if you value your sanity, don't order from this branch. Have been waiting over 2 hours for our order. Tried numerous times to contact them. Just get run around. Amazing, that a national brand allows a branch like this to carry on. Not the first time either. Call centre is also a joke, so even though we enjoy Debonairs, think it's time to take our business elsewhere unless they improve service delivery. Hopefully others do the same

Lol, been waiting over 2 hours now. Do not order from this branch. They seem to have developed ways to deflect your calls, phone you back and act like they can't hear you. If you enjoy blowing a couple fuses in your head, then order from these guys. Will definitely be the last time ordering here. Has definitely put Debonairs on the bottom of our list of places to order from. Very disappointed

I waited 2 hours to get my order, and the pizza its cold, I'm very disappointed i tried talking to the manager she has not been trained how do talk to customers she just talks as if she's talking to her mate, i wonder if she went for an interview. I am not happy at all.
