I ordered two cakes from 180 degrees, one for my baby’s first birthday and the second for my baby shower which all took place the same weekend.

As per the picture, the chocolate cake is my baby’s first birthday cake with the thinnest layer of icing that can be put on a cake.

I brought it to the attention of both Mishka and the owner poppy who blatantly disregarded my dissatisfaction and had further told me that I need to get one thing straight, that they don’t need to apologise if my preference is EXCESSIVE icing.

To also have the owner Poppy further lie to me and tell me that, that layer of icing is the standard for all their cakes was another shocking thing to hear.

Needless to say that after having the owner showing no knowledge of any customer care which also filters to the rest of the staff, I will never be ordering from them again!

This is the second time ordering a cake from 180 degrees and I am happy once again. The cake was so beautiful and tasty!!!!

Phathetic services. they don't event deserve a star

The owner is also bad-mannered and could not resolve the complaint harmoniously. They don’t value their customers .

The lady behind the admin is worse, she doesn't know customers services, manners and not professional.

I well-ordered a cake it was not fresh it was dry and dull, certainly the cake was baked to complete the order. everyone at the party complaint about the vanilla cake it was unsatisfactory. too dry . I lodged a complaint and to-date they still feel my order is too small to lodge a complain they receive big orders and no one complains. what a disrespect!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Im just a drop in an ocean.

All they care about is making money. Zilch customers service.

They are amazing! Mishka was so helpful and made it all happen for my aunt's 50th birthday. The cake was so beautiful and tasted so good...???????????? Thank you 180 degrees team!!!
