For an upmarket building the units are spacious, warm u0026 welcoming. Loved them! Only downfall was the pool area that needs a bit of maintenance.

Enjoyed 2 nights and a day. Excellent Interior design. Always clean and well set. Good for business trips. Pricing per person sharing is cost effective. Secure and safe. Very close to shopping centers and restaurants. A good stay.

Its nice and clean I loved the outside view the most,spacious great for family outing the apartment is beautiful and simple from the kitchen to the bedrooms. The water was always hot and wifi was fine at times and it did not work at times,great tv chanel one inside the main bedroom and one in the lounge.

My first stay at the epic was brilliant, i loved it. So much so that i recommended it and booked a second time for myself and family. The second trip was not worthy at all, firstly we arrived after 2pm which is the check in time (a very late checkin time aswell) on arrival, the bathroom had no towels, no toiletries, no shower gel. All the dishes were still in the dish washer, none in place, i could not connect to the wifi it kept disconnecting, there was a pool of blood in the freezer, there was an ironing board but no iron in any of our rooms, the room i had, had damaged taps and shower heads.

To top it off, the first night of our stay we had no hot water at all. The next morning we called to have it fixed, the lady was very kind as well as the maintenance manager who helped us resolve the water issue. Unfortunately we had to wait about an hour and a half for the water to get warm which delayed our plans. We asked them to please ensure that the geyser be in working condition the next day because we had a function. And yet again ofcourse one of our rooms had a water issue the next day. The complex utilizes solar geysers with timers which do not always function as needed.

The above caused major inconveniences and for that reason i will never return to the epic or insignia.

The apartment itself is nice and clean. However the blinds are oooollllddd. The bed linen and bathroom towels were once white but have gone cream white. The knives are blunt. We did not have an iron and an ironing board in our apartment and when we asked for one it took forever to be brought to us. One of the aircon remote controls was not working. Oh and there's three tv's they are pointless because we all had to watch the same channel.

Stayed there for more than year. At first the service was perfect . They kept on changing cleaning service staff and cleaning was the worst. Smelling floors . Used a broken frying pan for than a year . One teaspoon allocated for 4 people and we had to share ????????????.
