Planet fitness platinum is very near to my workplace. I exercise in the morning and leave for my office from PF. This gym has swimming pool, hot shower, sauna, lockers etc. People get shower and sweat towel for each gym session. All the gym equipments are new and functioning.

The worst gym ever, we got treated like absolute rubbish tonight and Tuesday evening!
We got there and the receptionist was the rudest person I’ve met in my life.
Next up half of the equipment has been moved and we can’t even exercise properly.
But on top of everything and the reason why I don’t want to return is because me and my sister went to the steam room, it was off and asked the lady to switch it on, while we were in the steam room the same lady went and switched of the lights and pretended that she didn’t know we were there, we had to run out in the pool area to ask for help! This happened at 20:00 while they supposed to close at 21:30. While I was leaving (kicked out) the gentleman that just arrived got told to please leave the gym.
The day before we were at the new planet fitness the normal 1 in Sandton and got treated like royals! I mean it’s ridiculous how rude they are and treat you!!

Facilities are on point and the place is neat. I went there with two friends and we were the only people using the pool during the day and the manager on duty told us cameras are not allowed, we understood but shortly after that he switched off the pool heaters.

Could be so good ????, shame, great equipment and pool but impossible to get TVs to show commonwealth Games or F1 instead they had cnn! In a gym! The spa has been closed for weeks and there was no loo roll in the toilets! Sick of asking the receptionist for assistance as you are made to feel like a real inconvenience dragging her from her frantic texting. Poor. Despite being part of the radisson hotel I was refused entry to the gym in my swim shorts, robe and flip flops for "religious reasons". What a load of rubbish.

World Class Gym: Airconditioned running track, 25 m swimming pool, spinning bodyu0026pump and yoga classes, weights and every fitness machine you can imagine in sufficient quantity. And the opening hours are definitly matching everyones need. Highly recommendable.

Lots of space, free weights and machines. 25m pool. The best hotel gym I've ever been to. Mainly because it's not the hotel gym ))). But for Radisson visitors it is free

The club closes early, 14h00 on December 31st what a joke. Would recommend Virgin Active Classic is you want good customer service and reliable experience.
