Excellent Rooms, view and amenities. Very spacious and comfortable. I had a bad experience with alot of the staff when it came to the parking situation. I was sent around from point to point to get my parking ticket validated with no luck and very very rude staff, eventually I just had to pay and got out. Upon return I was given a validated ticked and told to "Use this same card everytime". I thought simple enough. I struggled again as I was not given proper instruction. I went once again to the staff, who very rudely and abruptly told me that they had explained to me to use the ticket upon entrace and exiting the hotel. They belittled me and were extremely rude and even shouted at me for not following instruction that I was not properly given in the first place. He rudely grabbed my ticket, walked to get another, handed it to me and walked away. I am no child, if simple clear instructions were given, they would be followed. And on top of that to be belittled and shouted at by the rude staff was out of line. I would return to the Hotel because of the Excellent rooms, but the staff that assisted me anything but friendly.
