Not so bad, although you get the same break fast everyday. Another issue is that hot water may be unavailable in the morning and there is nobody there to assist. Water issue should be prioritized because we need hot water.

Neat, clean and friendly staff but I expected more from a Sandton guesthouse. You get limited DSTV channels, no aircon in the rooms, just a fan. The room we got was different that we saw on the internet. Where we expected to have a view of the garden we only got a very small private courtyard. Overall the stay was fine, but I feel for what we got it was a little overpriced.

A very neat and quiet guest house in the upmarket and highly secure Athol area situated almost 15 mn walking distance to the Gautrain and the two in one shopping mall both Mandela square and sandton city ...the parfait place to stay and relaxeafter a busier day...

Very comfortable, first class accommodation in up-market part of Johannesburg.
