What an amazing home away from home. Such professional and friendly staff, great view, the garden and pool side is stunning. There's peace of mind and the rooms are clean and comfortable. The breakfast was so tasty and well served. The whole staff is friendly and helpful. I'm definitely coming back soon.

We booked this through Dembalicious Spa where I dealt with Loya - she was wonderful and arranged everything seamlessly. We engaged with Dean and Jessica who were great and had such a friendly aura. The room was a wonderful suite that was cozy, clean and spacious. There was such a relaxing vibe. Breakfast was also really good. We had an overall great experience. A big thanks to Deen and Jess for being great hosts!

I hosted a 40th birthday for my husband this past Sunday. And to say it was amazing is an understatement!!! The staff at Dikalo Highston truly know what it means to create an experience. Everything Jessica and I spoke about was there. The spit braai was amazing! The men and women who helped were also on the ball. It felt magical. And honestly a group of people who were there to please. I can't recommend this place enough, it was special to host a private event here and we are still receiving rave reviews from our guests. Thank you Jessica, Mr. Oros, Noma, Thando, Dean and the rest of the team you guys were phenomenal! Will be back for another birthday celebration soon.

Pleasant room. Asked for a big bed and got two pushed together which is not ideal. Took ages for hot water to come through so I thought I only had cold water. Pleasant staff. Decent coffee. Asked for vegetarian and was given beef sausage ????.
Otherwise, lovely experience despite getting locked in my room as the trellidor key was bent.

Beautiful place. So we booked via a business partner Dembalicious spa. Communication breakdown between Dikalo and Dembalicious resulted in an uncomfortable situation. weren't advised by Dembalicious that we wont have access to the pool which we took up with them but when a business partner messes up, pointing fingers doesn't help with anything. Take accountability and then deal with it in-house. As customers, we dont need to see that. Secondly, the bed in one of the rooms in Room 9 is OLD. Change it. I didn't sleep well at all. Very uncomfortable.Thirdly, take your staff for crisis management. We cant feel the manager's frustration and wrath because he has a bunch of difficult customers. It has nothing to do with us. Totally unprofessional as we were minding our business in our room and the room next door was not acting according to the prescribed rules.

Great time we had at Dikalo Highston, staff so welcoming and friendly, the place is very beautiful and neat. Oooh my goodness our room was our highlight ???? it was all roses and chocolate. Sheetsu0026towels up to standard. U guys have exceeded my expectations I must admit. Then when we went for our massage in the morning wow!!! the deal was sealed ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐in a nutshell, the experience was on another level. Won't mind recommending it to friends and family. It's a place to be
