Great location but unfortunately not great service. The watrons don't seem to care much about the patrons. I met someone for coffee yesterday afternoon around 16h50. I sat waiting for service for around 20 minutes before a watron actually made the effort to see whether I wanted anything. This was not the first experience of poor service there.
Management should make the effort to train the personnel on service.

The service is shockingly poor! Which is such a pity, because the food - when it does eventually arrive, and after it arrives for the second time after being heated up - is actually quite good. But don't go here if you don't have a great deal of patience and tolerance!

Good and proactive service dispite challenge of no water at time we were there. Thanks for improvising and assisting. Excellent communication by management supported us to manage our expectations.

They have these awesome jars of juice that just quench any summer thirst. Slushy type of juice. The coffee was awesome. The service was great from the friendly waitress.
