I lost count on how many times I’ve been disappointed on Douglass KFC. Orders got wrong, missed ingredients, and now my chicken on my burger is pink .. this is unexceptional, people can get sick of this. Now I paid R100 and I can literally only drink the sprite. So disappointed and discussed by KFC Douglasdale !!!

I wish I could give half a star to this TERRIBLE KFC branch. Roll of the dice whether you get cooked chips. Roll of the dice whether you get chip salt. Their staff are too lazy to clean the ice cream machine so Krusher is NEVER available. What a joke of a franchise.

Chicken fillets were still raw. How can you serve partially cooked chicken? I'll be contacting the health department to report this.

I usually drive 5 km to the other ones around the area despite living 1 km from this one. Today I decided to give them a second chance. Now I know why I avoid this kfc. Food always tastes like it's been cooked in reused oil like crunchy cardboard. The walk in order took 20 minutes to process despite only 3 people waiting inside. Pathetic.

The 5* is for Rose. She was so friendly and helpful. Rose prepaired and served me the best KFC I have ever eaten! I will always be asking for Rose when I order.

The food is what you would expect from a KFC but a lot of the times you order and have to park elsewhere to wait for your food. Some of the staff are not friendly and rush you when you order and some are really nice. You are lucky if you don't encounter the not so friendly ones

Best KFC in the country. And I've eaten my share of kfc. This one is special!!
