Biggest issue is the heater ! They provide a small heater with doesn't work as well in Winter and when I had asked for an additional heater which they had spare as the other rooms were not taken- I was told no. They can only provide 1 and that's that. I literally had no sleep for 2 days straight as it was Freezing. Shower floors are not clean at all, shower with flops. Would not recommend.

Always friendly staff. Place just needs grass as its very dry. Also can be pram or wheelchair friendly if you wish to stay in a different room based on the deck. Location is decent. Rooms are nice.

Great hostess, very friendly and welcoming. Room was clean. All amenities were provided.

Personnel on the first day was very friendly and helpful. The room we stayed in: NOT the price worth at all. It was advertised as a pet friendly. The enclosed garden had no grass at all, there were openings in the fence where my dogs could come out, I had to fix it with rocks to cover the holes. The room were very dirty and the carpets were full of stains. The room did not smell nice. I found cockroaches in my bed. The table cloths were dirty. The stairs down to the enclosed garden were broken and were kept up with stones, I nearly broke an ankle. The next day the personnel were not friendly at all and were not helpful at all. I cannot believe I paid R1200 for this kind of place. I will never recommend this place to any person. No fridge, the walls were dirty, the ceiling were dirty and there were hanging dirty stuff from the ceiling, I was scared it will fall on me while sleeping. I travel alot with my dogs, and never ever encountered a pet friendly place that were so dirty and not at all pet friendly.

The place was very dirty. There are a lot of fun thing going on: Hot Water only till 8 pm, WiFi only till 9 pm a lot of restrictions. The place could survive the intervention of a designer. Please do not choose the breakfast included option, my friends saw some rats in the kitchen. If the thing are going to change, I will change the rating.
