I arrived all nervous but was received very warmly by Ryan the owner and fellow members and felt like I belonged immediately. .
After doing the necessities I was wrapped up and ready for my first class ????
.
The workout was INSANE but super enjoyable with great energy and awesome music!!! Ps there is an inhouse DJ!!! .
Every time I felt like slacking I was motivated and cheered on by the trainer Romo and even Ryan joined in the class and giving me pep talks throughout. .
Certainly not like any other gym I visited. I instantly felt like I belonged.

Looking forward to this journey! And have already booked my classes for this month.

I am loving this place so far. The trainers really push you to the limit. They also correct people on their form or technique when needed. All the trainers and staff treat you well and are ultra friendly.

Great gym, no pretentious. High intensity workout and boxing, excellent instructors and all staff are super nice. I’m new in town and I’m glad I found it, best gym ever!

Amazing gym! Everyone is welcome, regardless of experience levels. Trainers are amazing, and correct/teach you the right way to do the exercises

It was amazing warm welcome friendly personal trainers..l couldn't afford I'm glad did try seven days training
