Nice store with good selection of games - playstation 4,5 Xbox, nintendo. They also offer game swop when you get tired of your game. A few second hand games in stock. Gaming T-shirts are also sold as well as FunkoPops, the cable guy chargers, headphones and spare controllers for consoles. Very small shop so don't expect to get it ALL there if you are into gaming. Staff are a little underwhelming - not particularly friendly and helpful ????u200d♀️. Will give it another chance to see if it was just an off day..

The guy working at the Sandton City branch needs to learn customer service. Went in today to spend a lot and walked out and ordered my stuff from Koodoo. The Cresta branch is way better!

Poor range.... ridiculous prices.... pathetic staff.

Why even bother with this store. This is the very reason online stores are thriving due to physical store overpriced products, and staff that have no idea what customer service is.

There's a sales guy by name of Alexi, he has so much good selling skills. It's a shame he ain't the manager. Dear head office hire more people like Alexi, that has speaking skill and product knowledge, don't hire staff that stand for B in your name "budget" cause some definitely are budget at product knowledge

The service is not up to scratch. When my girlfriend asked about the difference between PlayStation Hits and regular PlayStation games she was spoken down to and given incorrect information. "PlayStation Hits games are better", when in actuality there is no difference in the software/game itself but only in the packaging. Lying in order to try and make a sale...

Was in the store for 10 minutes. No help and it was empty. I went back and ask for help. Guy pointed me to their poster for the PS4pro price. No help whatsoever. I ended up getting the ps4pro at cna and a 2nd console. They also 3 to 4 hundred rand cheaper. Avoid Musica..same problem.
