Debonairs pizza has never failed to amuse me with their lip smacking pizzas.. The staff at Sandton City Mall branch is not quiet friendly i have to say, they just do their job not much interested in customer satisfaction.. Debonairs must think about replacing their in counter staff with more co-operating onces who actually know how to smile and talk to customers..

In the 2 weeks that I have been in Johannesburg, the staff at this outlet were the most disinterested I have come across. I have picked up takeaway meals from the food court and eaten at many restaurants in this complex. Their attitude is completely out of the norm.

They never called our number to pick up our order. We were sitting at the table right in front of the outlet. Hardly 10m away. When we went to check if our pizza was ready after 25 minutes, they were almost rude as to why we had not come to pick it up sooner.

The pizza was also less than average. We had ordered a large half an half.

Just ordered a pizza now, all the the time the small pizzas were delivered to us at Mandela Square. Now all over a sudden, the person that took my order is telling me that, they don't deliver small pizzas. Since when cause even last year, when we used to have a Sandton city store. They used to deliver, people must leave their moods at home. And come to work to give outstanding service. Whoever that person is that's taking phone orders, must just get his act together

Woooow what an amazing experience I got the staff was so friendly ???? mmmm the pizza was delicious ???? aswell we’ll done I can’t wait to visit the store again

the manager of Sandton City’s debonair’s pizza was highly rude and uninterested. we stood there for about 3 minutes with no queue waiting for assistance and he didn’t offer help or anything. then when i asked questions he was so rude and off putting. i literally left and said cancel my order. no craving of pizza after that.

May 7 dinner: At the food court in Sandton City. Wanted to have the veg pizza in rustic range but they didn’t have it. So ordered the veg pizza. If you looking for standard assembly line pizza, you can't go wrong with Debonairs. Good and crisp.

Located at the Food Court of Sandton City. It's a good place to catch a good pizza in a not so long time frame, depending on the crowd size. Ambience is basic since its at the food court.
