The service is good and the preparation of the items on offer is great as well, staff is very friendly. However, I would recommend that the staff look into improving the cleanliness of the seating area. There were pieces of straw paper and napkins strewn about on the floor really ruining the feel of the space. And I was not visiting at a particularly busy time either it was 18:30pm.

The caramel frappuccino and salmon/trout bagel were delightful for breakfast. The fact that the store is now certified halal opens some truly delicious options for us.

Orders are ready swiftly so don’t be put off by long lines. Although getting a table to sit is tricky sometimes.

The store still has a pretty warm and comfortable vibe which is great for leisure or when you need to get some work done.

Croissant was not well baked. Sticky and thick like bread. Disgusting. Too full ask for someone to stop serving other customers but I'm not happy at all.

This is my favourite Starbucks as it always has an interesting mixture of Sandton office workers, foreign tourists and mall visitors. The staff are usually very friendly and I've never had a bad coffee here. It's a nice big space and there are worktops so you can catch up on your admin or emails.

The service is great!
Had a cappuccino with hazelnut and it was delicious!
Bought a chocolate and caramel frappuccino for my sister and she loved it!
Overall awesome service, i wish i could give a shout-out to the dude who took my order because he was delightful.

Not great. Burnt coffee. Terrible. And this after a too long queue. I enjoy a black Americano. Poor coffee is exposed this way, unfortunately.

Good service, very busy/crowded at times, so best for coffee on the go.
