The long and the short. Really excellent service and great food. Martin our waiter was great and gave good service and quickly served us with an excellent meal. He was attentive and if we just looked in his direction he was at the table ready to help us. I ordered a toasted cheese and tomato and my business partner ordered a lite Monte Christo salad. The salad was huge and really fresh the toasted sandwich was delicious with buttered soft white bread. When we had an issue with the bill and the Mugg and Bean rewards, Carlson, the manager quickly resolved it and then comped our drinks for the trouble. I will most definitely eat here again.

The breakfast was delicious ???? especially the soup. I enjoyed they bottomless filter coffee. I had like 3 cups. I just wish they can add a hotter Chilli ???? because what they have is no longer hot. I highly recommend the soups in cold???? weather days. I ate 3 ???? ???? type of plates, namely the egg ???? omelet, the salads ???? and the soup ????

Not the best Muggu0026Bean experience. Food was not to my liking, had to order mushroom sauce on the side for my steak coz it was not the greatest. The wings left much to be desired, they were supposedly BBQ, all they did was pour A LITTLE sauce over dry wings. My milkshake was not what I expected, had to take it back for more flavor.

Hubby's omelet was dry

Service was poor. Waiter put bones in the takeaway box. How? Why? Careless...

Just had lunch at Mugg and Bean and I must say that the experience was lovely ! The food was absolutely divine . The service however was the highlight . Kai was so humble , gracious , accommodating and funny. She served us with a smile all through and had wonderful suggestions . I would definitely recommend her for anyone visiting the shop in the future. Keep it up guys !

Service from Reg was awesome . He did not seem displeased that we only ordered coffee. That's why I tipped him handsomely. Coffee was also awesome. Manager was very attentive to us and ensured we get a table although they were very very busy.

Customer service is excellent! Oscar the manager is such an amazing guy! So helpful and willing to listen to suggestions I’ve made to improve the store.
The food quality is a 7/10, hoping that next time it will be a 10/10 ????
