Pathetic service.. My husband bought me a ring from Browns on the occasion of our anniversary which had to be resized and our sales consultant , Bianca, promised us delivery of the ring before our anniversary.. there have been no updates from Bianca who also promised to keep in touch on WhatsApp on the updates.. when I finally called in for follow up, she tells me that the headquarters don’t entertain such requests and that they say there is risk of burning diamonds in the process.. was this not known when you were desperate to sell it? We still haven’t received the ring and not even a courtesy call to inform it will not be ready by the promised date.. Disgusted by the service.. never going back
