Love, love, love Browns! Highest quality, long lasting and incredible craftsmanship ???? Best diamond jewlery anywhere. Highly recommended. Also got a VAT return on all my items when I went back to the US, so was an even more amazing deal. Kajal is an amazing Sales Consultant and the most service oriented and helpful ever!

Pathetic service.. My husband bought me a ring from Browns on the occasion of our anniversary which had to be resized and our sales consultant , Bianca, promised us delivery of the ring before our anniversary.. there have been no updates from Bianca who also promised to keep in touch on WhatsApp on the updates.. when I finally called in for follow up, she tells me that the headquarters don’t entertain such requests and that they say there is risk of burning diamonds in the process.. was this not known when you were desperate to sell it? We still haven’t received the ring and not even a courtesy call to inform it will not be ready by the promised date.. Disgusted by the service.. never going back

I have bought many items from Browns, usually with the lovely Liesl attending us. I have a gorgeous baguette and diamond ring with another 2 baguette and diamond rings added to each side. Then I have a wedding band, a 2 carat halo morganite in pink gold, and a diamond bracelet with a diamond butterfly on it. All these pieces are absolutely gorgeous. Thanks to Liesl and all Browns staff. Wonderful stores.

Very bad the service. Refund is not processed after almost 1 year. No response when I followed up with the sales. The diamond on my ring got loose (which i spent +500k on). If you going to Browns, check the trip advisor reviews first! Many people had the same issues - bad quality and no refund. I wish i had done so.

I spent more than half a million rand in this store but received very bad the after sales service. There should be a refund of a few thousand but i haven't received it after more than 7 months despite my constant follow up. The sales were very responsive before i made the purchase and became very difficult to reach afterwards. Super disappointed.
I haven't received any email since i provided my email address and in the meantime i found the diamond got loose on the ring. when i checked the reviews on trip advisor, most of the people had the same issue (diamond gets loose and refund is not coming into their account after months). If you going to Browns, check the trip advisor reviews first! I wish i had done so.
