Not good. Overpriced. The iced coffee wasn't mixed at all, and the peanut butter smoothie thing I got was underwhelming, to say the least. The salad was small for the price, and the veggie burger was cold and the bun hard. I am not a fan. Save your money.

Completely understaffed and clearly Kauai doesn’t care. Took 40 minutes a breakfast then had to wait another 20 mins for my tea and an additional 15 minutes for an extra piece of toast! Never again!!

1 Sentence description:
Healthy food chain concept - but always great, from Dubai to Sandton!

What’s good here?
Kauai specialise in smoothies and sandwiches/wraps that are both healthy and tasty, and I’ve tried most of their range in Dubai.

Whilst this was my first time trying to Kauai concept on its own turf, it was no less terrific. Malay Chicken (low carb) wrap was healthy, packed full of goodness yet sacrificing nothing in taste.

Peanut Butter Bliss smoothie was as good as ever.

Note: try delivery with Uber Eats, as it’s well recommended. Package was well wrapped - not bashed to bits like some delivery services tend to - and delivered swiftly, by a Tuk Tuk of all things.

What’s an ‘Opportunity for Improvement’?
Perhaps a squeak more chicken would be a good thing.

You order 15 minutes in advance and you might as well not! The order isn't made, and when it is, it's got tomato in when you specifically asked for it not to have!!

Quick service. The food us nutritious and made with fresh ingredients. Being inside the Virgin Active gyms, Kauai is excellently situated. The trade off is that one pays higher than normal prices compared to a fast food outlet. The food never disappoints though ????????

Natural best foods are found here. A great place indeed with great prices on their products.
I enjoyed their floo fighter and it works wonders.
You will enjoy a variety of drinks, hot n cold and their menu has a variety of meals to choose from.
The staff is friendly and they will also help you make the best choice of a meal that will go well with you.
