Stunning ! True 5-star service and the rooms are comfy, large and beautifully decorated. The gardens look amazing even in the middle of Winter. Friendly staff all round and the Buffet Breakfast was great. Highly recommended by us

Centrally located with professional and friendly service. The decor is interesting and the rooms clean and functional. The rates are slightly high but the hotel has a boutique feeling to it with a slightly upmarket sophistication to it... Unfortunately the restaurant food was bland and ordinary and quiet honestly for the price we were charged I was expecting alot more from the restaurant. We were so unhappy we just skipped breakfast the next morning.

Very relaxing. Pity the internet was not working during my one night stay so could not get Netflix or YouTube on the tv. It’s understandable that things like this happen and loadshedding had its part to play. Overall a great relaxing stay

My stay there always is relieving pressure calm great serenity. U love their spa,rooms are very spacious staff there woooooow are top notch from the gate ???? ???? ????.

I can't fault you on anything, there will always be room for improvement especially in this lifetime which is why I didn't give you all 5s it's a 4.8 out of 5 for me

The place itself is visually stunning. I visited the restaurant. Out of a table of 7, no one was happy with the food. Service is exceptionally slow. People that arrived after we had ordered sat down to eat and left before we got our food. The waiting time for anything, even a drink is just way too long. Improvements need to be made on service and the quality of food served. At those prices, one would expect to be blown away. Unfortunately, the food was a big letdown. Great job on the decor though.
