It’s inside virgin active, so when you go there you have to wait at the door just after entering. The location is mainly for virgin active members cause it’s actually inside the gym so those with no membership cards can’t go around it. The service was okay and the smoothies were thee best. I also liked how they would tell you when they are out of products. There’s no sitting for the outsiders, it’s grab and go kinda vibes.

I’m only giving it one star because I can’t go lower.
The floo juice was warm, even the ginger shot was colder than it. I was disappointed as it was my first time at this branch, never again.

Very disappointed in this Kauai. Ordered a Thai Crunch Salad and discovered that there was very little salad sauce in the container. Also ordered extra feta and received one little piece in my salad. Should have taken a picture of that too. Shocking and will definitely not waste my money like this again.

Very disappointed in this Kauai. Ordered my favorite Large Salted Caramel smoothie, but what I got wasn't what I ordered... only a hint of the ingredients to make it taste like something and they totally left out the dates. Its really unfortunate that they take the shortcuts wherever possible to make more profit... some flavoring to disguise the stuff you're able to hide from the client, and then charging the the full amount of R64 and it NOT having the nutritional value to the customer as advertised...
