Nandos Chilli Lane has to be the worst Chicken outlet. They constantly serve poor quality food and this I believe is purely down to Nandos lack of care of customer service. Franchisees are cutting corners to save on cost but we the customers have to suffer. Recently bought a pita mild and I all received was a pita bread with chicken strips. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Really enjoyed their quality of food. Very fresh and tasty. Little on the smaller side of portions but still worth it in terms of quality. Will be back.

Very poor service, they charge me for cheese on 2 burgers and don't add it so when i get home they made some extra money off me! Burgers are not great either.

Placed a very small order at 13:49 still waiting at 16:00. Apparently the driver delivered it - definitely not to me. Maybe he got lost along the way…

Extremely long waiting times. Waited 30 plus minutes for my side order. Also got my car broken into outside and robbed which the security was there and and 2 police yet no help at all.

I'm definitely a regular here seeing as tho I'm always eating at Nando's! The cashiers are always smiling when greeting you
