Four times in 2 weeks I've been told that there isn't ice cream. How can you not have ice cream? The service from the last employee was bad. She didn't even know the machine wasn't working until ringing up my order then discovered there is no ice cream. No apology... don't care attitude.... very sad as I order there very often

Ordered food online, waited 50 minutes for delivery and then got an SMS from my bank for: "merchant reversed the transaction". No communication from KFC... I don't mind not getting my food, its not that good anyways, but the wasted time waiting for delivery and not getting my order is enough to avoid this place in the future

I would have given 0 stars but thats not possible because one staff member in puticular is very rude and i stod there for 10 min and she refused to help me and she told me to leave and was so so rude when we entered i rufuse to order there again just because of her!.

Had difficulty hearing the lady serving me as music in store was too loud and all the staff were talking loudly to each other. My take out was good.

On a Saturday evening had no buns, meaning no burger options available. The wraps we then ordered barely had any filling in, basically ate half of it with nothing inside before reaching the two tiny pieces of chicken. Disappointed.

Service is not great at all. Definately not "fast food". With that been said it's still KFC and it's delicious.
