I was quite disappointed with this apartment. Not for people with OCD…microwave, table and kitchen counter had stains from previous tenants. No AC, very noisy road next door, loud drainage system that makes you hear whenever someone above you uses the shower or toilet. Gym had no AC and no mat. No generator in case of loadshedding too. Housekeepers are very unflexible (if you ask them to come an hour later they wont come at all) and dont work tidily. No new towels on my last night and cleaned dishes were still dirty. Receptionist tried her best but the property just isnt good.

Wow! The view the accommodation,the quietness of the place ,the friendly staff,the healthier breakfast at the Honest restaurant ,make this place one of the most enjoyable and beautiful accommodation in Johannesburg.One Hyde Park Suites and appartements is situated in the upmarket suburb closer to the Hyde park shopping mall about 3 minutes drive and about 4to 5 minutes drive to the zone mall in Rosebank then about 10 minutes drive to Melrose Arch Shopping and not to too far to the renowned Mandela Square and Sandton City .this is one of the most convenient place to have a break away from home . One apartment accommodates two couples or 04 individuals... I'll definitely recommend this place...

De rooms are nice and btfl, but breakfast menu for breakfast is not on point,and rooms need aircons bcos once u done bathing ull need something to cool u down, and TV's in bedrooms, and the main bedroom bathroom need something to cover up wen bathing, overrall s fine.

Worst luxury apartments I have ever been at. Dirty cutlery, plates and cups. We booked a four luxury apartment and only had two forks and everything else. Was the worst ever. The couch is terrible to sit on. Will never return here ever again.

The apartment itself was nice but the organization as a whole is a mess. Certainly not ready to take in guests in my opinion.

We arrived - their system was down - they couldn't locate our booking and ended up making a mistake with the apartment they assigned to us. We had an early start so we asked them the night before about breakfast. They said they will start at 8 (which is already later than advertised). When we arrived at the restaurant the next day they told us they are tiling the kitchen and won't be open till 9! When we told them we had to leave by then they did serve us breakfast somehow despite the apparent tiling project.

Taking our payment was a disaster as well as their card reader was not working and the attendant was very visibly distressed about the situation.

Beautiful, clean apartments with all the necessary amenities. Vodacom reception was poor, which I have reported to the staff. Wifi is excellent.
