Disgusting service ever! The owner is extremely rude and has the worst communication skills! They accepted my order then later called to tell me that I need to order from the closest branch AFTER ACCEPTING MY ORDER. Why would you accept an order if the client is far??? He gave me a lame excuse about the order being “automatically accepted” after payment …if that’s the case what’s the point of the app having a wallet or credit balance that should function like how all these delivery apps work. Not even surprised by the bad reviews I’m reading now, it’s just a pity that I saw them after placing my order.
Never going there!

Extremely disappointed and frustrated by this branch of Pizza Perfect. The pizza I ordered was fine, but they messed up my order for the sub, twice! The second time I didn't even bother to call them, I just thought let me do what people do in 2020 when they have a bad experience with a restaurant - warn other people about it publicly. And I've just decided that in future I will not buy from this branch.
On 9 May, I ordered a Steak Sub from the Bryanston (Epsom Downs) branch for the first time so much that I thought I should have it again today. I ordered from the Waterford branch this time however and the two experiences are chalk and cheese. If I had ordered from the Waterford branch the first time, I would have completely written Pizza Perfect off as a whole.
Today on 26 May...
Firstly, they delivered a sub that was completely burnt - I cannot understand how they let an order that looks and smells like that out of the kitchen (see picture below). So I called the store and very politely explained that I could not accept that order. They apologised and agreed to send a replacement.
I waited patiently for the replacement - understandably so, under the current lock down situation. When it finally arrived, it was yet another disappointment. The first thing I noticed was this one was different in that it looked like it had way less filling than the others. It doesn't take a genius to see that there is less filling the sub they didn't burn (see both pictures below).
As you can see from the cross-section image, the second time around they delivered a big roll with very little filling. A very dry roll at that. The very little filling that is there tastes nothing like the one I had from the Bryanston branch. This one is too acidic, it has got way more tomato added, very little chutney and no onion at all.
The menu describes the product I ordered as: STEAK SUB sauteed with onion u0026 chutney, added to napolitana sauce. Yet there is definitely no onion and very little chutney in what they delivered to me. This tasted more like cooked steak with napolitana sauce. I know taste can be subject, but this is just unacceptable.
I am utterly disappointed by the fact that despite an apology and a commitment to make amends on the mistake, the store manager let a customer pay for a sub-standard product. If this was a mom u0026 pop shop, I'd accept it as variation associated with the artisanal nature of such an establishment, but I do not expect to be disappointed repeatedly by a franchise chain.
As consumer, when I buy a product from a franchise store I expect it to be consistent. There is something seriously wrong, and I want to suspect it is just with this branch and their ability to make subs.
I am going to order the same item again from Bryanston just to prove that to myself.
For now, let me go cook my self up something.

One of my friends once told me they didn't like pizza perfect, I thought they were mad. Guess they must have been talking about this one.
Every time i order something there is always a mistake.
honestly couldn't even eat the last pizza.
However would highly recommend pizza perfect Epson downs, will not be ordering from Waterford again.

The owner and staff are great. Communication skills are super. I have only praise for them. Food is consistent and delicious. Keep up the good work team

The owner and staff here know their thing. The place is clean, staff is friendly just that I didn't have a taste of thier pizza but will do next time I there. The sell of the pizza was to die for. I love their constant communication skills the all enjoy what thier doing. Keep up the good work team
