I only fill petrol here as the service is great,the staff efficient and friendly. Inside is a cafe vida which has the best double espresso's I have ever had. The staff know my son's name and his favourite order and we are greeted when we walk in,before we have even reached the coffee bar. Our orders are shouted out as we walk in and ready .the barristas are lively and friendly. Shell also has the best muffins around ;-)

I always fill up at this Shell service station. It’s close to me, and they have a female attendant who always greets me. Sadly, I will no longer be filling up at this station due to the ungodly practice of seismic surveillance on our beautiful wild coast, ???????? and encourage everyone else to do the same.

Received the worst possible service today and the attendant was arrogant enough to look at me as he started serving another client whilst he saw me standing waiting for service, went to complain to supervisor in-store and while explaining the situation he decides to serve another client who came in after me. Absolutely disgusting, no apologies received and the owner just walks pass as if it's got nothing to do with her.

ABSOLUTELY fantastic service at Shell in Sunninghill! Honestly can't beat the service by the petrol attendants, management and staff at the coffee bar and tills. Keep up the super work!!!
