Coffee is good. Experience is poor. They have some tables you can sit at, but the staff that work there have taken over the customer area. Very noisy as they scream at each other throughout the store. They sit in the seating area playing music on their phones very loudly and have no consideration for the actual customers. Coffee is cheaper, better and staff are way friendlier at the Sasol Manaka waterfall. I understand its cold outside and those guys need a place to charge their phones, surely they have a little staff area somewhere

Very bad service. They make their own rules about Discovery Vitality Vouchers which means i have to drive to Rivonia Vidae Cafe. The staff there think Vitality Voucher users are drinking their bosses coffee for free but Discovery is paying for it.

The Vidae cafe has dissappointed me on a number of occssions with little regard for customer service. Tried to get a mucho red cappuchino with oat milk option using a Discovery Vitality Voucher which is NOT A PROBLEM AT ANY OTHER Vidae Cafe. I was rudely told this is not the same like other Vidae cafes and you have to pay extra for that option. Its not enough that Discovery Vitality pays them for the drink. The staff here think Vitality vouchers mean its a free drink on their part. On a previous occasion I was told the same for the complimentary small Vidae chocolate when ordering a Cappuccino - i.e. we don't care, you have to pay. Today the guy did not care I came in to buy a number of other items and was quite ok that I take my business elsewhere after such service - which I promptly did.

They don’t let you scan the vida app for points if you paying for your coffee with a discovery voucher… this is a first for me since I frequently visit vida and never had this issue. When I told the attendant that I always do this, he was rude about it. Needless to say that I will not be stopping at this vida again

Good coffee but way too expensive. Vida e's baristas are normally friendly. These guys are unfriendly, NEVER smile and talk to each other constantly while making coffee.

Always quick with my afternoon drink... works on the Discovery Vitality Rewards! If you're in the area and have a reward do not hesitate to stop here!
