Had a long term rent, the only good thing was that I could get out of the contract before the agreed on end time and to get the difference in money back. Occasionally unannounced partys at the place, no working dishwasher, many times unpaid electricity, 1 month no internet, stealing cleaning lady (silvia) who does not understand english. Good location and AC though. Maybe they put more effort in the place for the tourists.
