Endler hall- built in 1978 and part of the Stellenbosch university department of music- the department dates back to 1905. It is a venue with some of the best acoustic properties in the world. The Attention to details in the layout and walls certainly conveys this.
A magnificent venue for musical concerts.. and academic conferences.
Stepping into this hall was an interesting experience- like stepping into a cathedral. It feels like a veritable temple to the god of music. No surprise it was built with a view towards classical music performances.
The organ is just stunning- a Marcussen tracker-action organ with 44 stops, three manuals and pedal.
Just beautiful to look at- can't wait to hear it someday (was only there for a conference- ? unfortunately ????????

Was a really pretty building. We went to watch a jazz show and it was a really great experience. I would definitely do it again
