Towels are old and thin. For two guest we only had one towel. For breakfast no hot breakfast wast offered the last day of our stay, but I had to pay the full price

The property is on a prime spot but seriously neglected

Lovely position but a bit run down needs a bit of a facelift.
Staff friendly but there could be more care around the breakfast bit scrappy not a lot of care in relation to clearing tables just small details but I think that count especially if your spot is getting a bit old ????

This place is wonderful. Comfortable. Spotless. Excellent value for money. And so very helpful and friendly. Not going to book anywhere else for future visits.

Very friendly staff. We arrived somewhat earlier and the lady gave us tea and some muffins. She also gave us recommendations where to eat and where to go. The lodge has a big parking lot with a gate and is situated just minutes away from the centre of Stellenbosch

I booked accommodation for a conference on 28th March 2020. It was declared national lockdown and the conference was moved to an online platform. the Riverbos establishment mentioned a refund but it's going months and no refund was issued. I call frequently and been given the runaround regarding the refund and still, nothing happened
