I did not even get to check-in. Parking was unavailable, either in the front of the hotel, and the entrance to the parking garage was small, thus no SUV would fit. When I asked for a refund, I was put on the phone with the owner. He asked me what time in the morning was I checking in?. Strange as it was three in the afternoon. Check-in starts at two. He then asked me if I was scared and what type of vehicle I drove, he also asked me where I was from and how many businesses I owned, he constantly repeated the questions, again and again, then laughed, asking me why I was so tense after trying to explain the issue numerous times. Draw your own conclusions. Never again, I warn people against this establishment,

Amazing place, can highly recommend it for a quick getaway.

Downstairs restaurant has very nice asian cuisine, decent portions, value for money.

Has a great rooftop terrace that can be booked for free when you have a party of 20+. great sushi menu and reasonable wine prices, definitely recommend

First stop on our honeymoon trip, checked in late after our wedding and the guy who welcomed us and assisted us with a parking space u0026 our luggage was really nice and friendly.

Room was perfect - clean and tidy with everything we needed. Heated towel rails were an appreciated bonus. Lovely breakfast. Amazing rooftop area is an unexpected surprise. Lots of space to relax, very serene.

Advertises private parking as part of their booking.com profile. When we arrived the one staff member opened the gate while the other shouted parking is full. He then directed us to try and park on a sidewalk with barely enough space to even get out of the passenger seat. Said this is where we need to park for the night. When I enquired why we won’t have secure parking they said oh they have nine rooms and only four parkings-what must they do? When we said we don’t feel safe using the on street parking they said we could double park behind someone but if that person needs to leave in the middle of the night we would be woken up. We asked for a refund as clearly they falsely advertised and the front desk had to phone the owner. The owner refused a refund-basically said this is what it is and they don’t have enough parking. If you don’t have parking, don’t advertise it!!! Rude staff with a don’t care attitude

It's a great Hotel and service is good but the breakfast offered is a very small choice and a little disappointing! The hotel has a good location and some detail is needed but overall liked the room and shower.
