Such a tastefully done guesthouse. From the elegant lounge area, to the hotel feel bedrooms. We stayed over for a night to escape the hustle of Cape Town, and we were not disappointed at all. Breakfast was delicious, and management was superb! We will definitely be back, and if you do book in - make a dinner reservation at De Vleispaleis - you will not be disappointed.

So happy we found this treasure. Everything was amazing. Mignon was amazing, she was extremely hands on and made us feel at home and so comfortable. She's super friendly and such an great person.

There is nothing that wasnt up to standard. Thoroughly enjoyed our anniversary breakaway.

Rooms were clean and the breakfast was super yummy.

Will definitely be back..

The Beautiful South guesthouse accommodated us on short notice in a time of need, without hestitation or question. Not only that, we were treated to service that I would expect in a 5 star hotel. Our manager Mignon catered to our every need and made us feel like we too were part of the family. What a pleasure to see the GM Ryan on site every morning to greet us. The breakfasts are amazing!!! Do not miss out! Overall one of our most memorable experiences in Stellenbosch. Highly recommended.

Absolutely loved our time spent at the Guest House. Gorgeous rooms, nice and central, definitely deserves 5 stars

Extremely nice and professional staff. Rooms were impeccably well maintained. Adheres to a European standard rather than a South African one. (Would recommend this for tourists) overall I would highly recommend The Beautiful South to anyone wishing to visit Stellenbosch for tourism or for career purposes such as conferences (they have complimentary wi-fi which is beneficial for work purposes)
