Absolutely magical. From start to finish. Honestly the food is fine dining at its best. Every single item carefully though out and planned. Every detail on the plate. Perfection. This is a treat and the best meal I had in 2021 !!!

The restaurant of the winery is an open kitchen. The overall design of the restaurant is novel. It is very pleasant to enjoy wine tasting and dining by the riverside landscape. The desserts and mussels are very amazing.

Had a memorable dinner as part of our 26th wedding anniversary. Friendly and efficient service. Beautiful views. Awesome food, fine dining at its best. Paired with premium Jordan wines. The Long Fuse Cabernet Sauvignon is a stand out.

A lovely selection of freshly baked breads and spreads with smoked fish spread being a highlight.

The steamed Saldanha Bay mussels were beautifully prepared and presented. The sauce was very light on the lemongrass though and too heavy on the ginger.

Although the yellowtail was well prepared, the extremely salty bonemarrow and "curry" like sauce domineered and did dish an injustice.

The rare sirloin was well presented and the accompanying "chutney" was lovely.

All was washed down with a delicate Villiera rosé MCC, Jordan Chenin Blanc, Le Rich Sauvignon Blanc and Jordan Riesling.

Found the ambience less sterile and staff much friendlier and attentive than on previous visits. For this alone revising my last review from 3 to 4☆'s.

The vistas from the stoep are some of the best in Cape Town.

Beautiful scenery and a divine set-menu available. Stunning view, friendly service and hearty and delicious food. Very big portions for a three-course meal, so come hungry.
