Great 6km well marked hiking trail where the farm owners have a nature conservation conscience. The post hike cheese platter ample served with jams which can be purchased also highly appreciated by our African bees. Makes for a wonderful morning out. Wine tasting is zero when purchasing some of the interesting wines.

A worth while visit to this historic wine farm.

They offer two different tasting packages for people with different preferences.

A hidden gem that is a bit out of the way, but definitely worth a visit and a tasting.

Very friendly staff and a knowlagable waitress who explains the tasting wines very well

The staff at Mooiplaas is very friendly and helpful, I celebrated my birthday with close friends and family.

I decided to have a picnic in winter and have no regrets.

Everything was perfect.

This was my second visit and I highly recommend this place. It's even better in summer

Great place to taste wine and do other activities, like cycling, walking ect. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Wine are priced from less than R 100 for the casual drinker, mid range from R 100 to R 200 that can be aged for more than 5 years and then wines above R 200 for the connoisseurs.

It was raining when I visited and both of the tables thay have indoors were occupied. We ended up leaving for another wine farm because we couldn't be accommodated. I am sure that this venue could be a gem when the sun is shining.

Lovely place to visit. Cosy tasting room, great range of wines to taste. We so enjoyed chatting to the young gentleman who guided us through the tasting.

We will definitely be back on our next wine trip.

I had a picnic for my birthday there today with my girl friends. The picnic basket was amazing and more than enough. Lovely and peaceful surroundings without the crowds.
