I have been participating at the Shed Aerial Silks for over two years now. I am 42 and do not need any other gym. It has boosted my confidence and strength and is super for cross training of any sorts - Silks works your whole body - core included. Jesyka is an amazing instructing and always have new challenging moves and sequences to teach

I would just like to see a changing room of some sorts because the toilets does not always have the space available and it's rather difficult getting changed in a toilet, especially with dancers.Otherwise the venue is great and the wooden floors are comfortable to Dance on.
